Lookin' For Trouble, The Dead Daisies' first full-length blues album, was imagined in March 2024 during sessions for their upcoming rock album, Light 'Em Up. After recording at Sienna Studios in Nashville, the band moved to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, to complete the album at the iconic FAME Studios. The famous sign above the entryway reads: "Through these doors walk the finest Musicians, Songwriters, Artists, and Producers in the World." This is as true today as it was in 1961. Since it first opened its doors, FAME has welcomed a literal who's who of music royalty with legends like Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett, and Etta James recording their classic hits there. Stepping into the same space the band - John Corabi, David Lowy, Doug Aldrich, Michael Devin, and drummer Sarah Tomek found themselves drawn into the deep musical legacy of the blues. After their rock sessions wrapped each night, they started jamming on blues classics for fun. Producer Marti Frederiksen quickly recognised the magic happening and pressed record. What started as impromptu late-night sessions evolved into Lookin' For Trouble, an album that crackles with the raw energy and rebellious spirit that made blues the foundation of rock 'n' roll.

Some shows are so momentous, they pass into rock 'n' roll folklore. When Gary Moore stepped onto the stage of Basel's Baloise Session on November 13, 2008, it was a true one-off, showcasing one of blues-rock's biggest names on one of the worlds respected stages. Nobody in the crowd that night suspected the great Irish bluesman was close to the end. But when Moore passed away little over 2 years later, aged just 58, the show took on added poignancy, kept alive in the memories of those who attended.<br/><br/>Now, more then 15 years later, the release of Live From Baloise Session on Artone/Provogue resurrects the much-missed Irishman, bringing his blazing talents back into the spotlight, catching the sparks of that night, and bottling a performance that stands amongst Moore's very best. This official release is coordinated and selected by the Gary Moore estate to keep his legacy alive.

Marsfolket formed a kind of Swedish supergroup with six of the more vital musicians who were picked from six different bands: Claes af Geijerstam (Ola & The Janglers), Bj&ouml;rn Skifs (Slam Creepers), Janne Schaffer (Sleepstones), Bj&ouml;rn Linder (Blond/Palmes), Bosse H&auml;ggstr&ouml;m (Made in Sweden) and Ola Brunkert (Sciences Beverage). The formation took place in March 1971, and for the sake of simplicity they called themselves the Martians. (Marsfolket in Swedish) With the help of manager Thomas Johansson a tour of Sweden was carried out in March and April 1971, and this is the conclusion of that tour which is now available on LP. The entire 54-year wait is over and the time has finally come for the whole the world to experience what the Martians created during one month in the spring of 1971. 5 of the 6 members have worked/toured with a band called ABBA....
